TASTING NOTE:
Nicely old school. Real class, burnished oak mingling with eucalyptus and liquorice. Restrained, but full and rounded on the nose, elegant and fruity with darker liquorice and fig notes behind. Rich, plenty of burnt sugar but supported by that dark liquorice/fig character and offset by lively acidity that keeps the mouth refreshed. Subtle, toasty length on finish.
