"The brandy with a lovely rich and warming character of ripe mirabelle plum, over ripe apple juice, sweet cooking spices, a hint of vanilla, rich warming woody notes and a kirsch with pit character. The palate is quite perfumed with some potpourri and orange blossom. There's dried orange peel on the palate with some honey characters and a touch of wood smoke but only a whisper. The finish becomes bittersweet and is very enjoyable with a pomander character. "
